The design concept was guided by the idea of creating a unique interior identity, rooted in the building’s façades, which reflect the influence of Art Deco architecture.

Materials such as natural marble, high skirting in polished metal, wood, aluminum, and ceramics reflect this character.

The complex, asymmetrical floor plan was restructured through the introduction of clear axes, symmetry, and perspective.
This rational order enhances the spatial experience and supports a calm, intuitive flow that resonates with both body and mind.
