A Sales House was created for a premium real estate developer by reconfiguring an existing three-story mansion to include a sales office, showroom, demo apartment, staff areas, and event spaces.

Each floor has a distinct function:
The first floor features a welcome area, lounge, meeting room, and showroom with promotional materials. Visitors are greeted by a sculptural water bowl, adding an air of mystery and tranquility to the space. This welcoming level evokes a serene and enigmatic atmosphere.
