SOUL Phase 1

The public areas of the residential complex are built on a clear and thoughtful layout.

Joining the project early allowed us to help shape the overall architecture and create a well-balanced, functional space.

The scope of work included all above-ground public areas — lobbies of each building, shared amenities — as well as the underground parking.

The palette includes deep shades and honey tones that highlight the play of light and shadow.
At its core is the idea of “lamposity” — a return from digital overload to a tactile, human-centered environment.

This human-centered approach continues into the residential floors and lift lobbies.
We sought to craft a muted, inviting atmosphere, where soft lighting and deep materials offer a sense of comfort.

Here, the outside world recedes, and a feeling of stillness, warmth, and home begins — a physical retreat in which both body and mind can relax.
