SOUL Phase 2

For the low-rise buildings of the complex, a darker material palette was chosen to convey a sense of exclusivity and sophistication.

The layout was carefully developed to support this vision — the main lobby features a circular plan, a pronounced architectural gesture inspired by the grand halls of Italian palazzos.

This geometry adds a unique spatial identity and a sense of importance, offering visitors an immediate emotional connection to the space.

The amenities areas were designed in the same style and color palette as the main lobbies.

They include a lounge, children's room, and coworking space.

The parking area was also part of the design scope.

Here, we applied one of our core principles — functionality, conscious use of resources, and the integration of light as an additional layer of navigation alongside graphic elements.

Ceiling navigation

Ceiling-mounted navigation is implemented using suspended white flag signs with bold black graphics, assisting both drivers and pedestrians in navigating the parking area.

Particular attention is given to the infographics, designed in a refined and understated style that aligns with the visual language used on the upper floors of the complex.

This approach contributes to a harmonious, intuitive atmosphere for pedestrians, offering clear wayfinding and spatial orientation.
