SOUL Phase 3

The third-phase lobby continues our philosophy of creating spaces that breathe — minimalistic, calm, yet refined. Inspired by Italian and Japanese aesthetics, the design favors clarity, proportion, and lightness. We moved away from warm wood tones toward stone, adding monumentality and elegance. Panoramic glazing with courtyard views blurs boundaries between inside and out, enhancing serenity and connection with nature. Soft lighting supports a warm atmosphere. The interior combines clear zoning, natural materials, and thoughtful accents. Despite reduced decoration, each element is expressive and precise. This balance of restraint and individuality gives the space a unique identity while remaining cohesive and timeless.
