Inspiration for the design and functionality is drawn from the architectural landscape of the area, where features of Soviet modernism and contemporary architecture intertwine. Strict geometric forms, characteristic of the Soviet period, are reinterpreted using modern materials and technologies, thereby creating a dialogue between past and present.

Emphasis is placed on minimalism, comfort, and premium materials, aligning with contemporary requirements for public spaces.

The project's architectural language relies on strict geometry, straight lines, and large-scale rhythms. The space is built on contrast. Concrete, glass, and metal are combined with warm wood and stone. Industrial expressiveness and visual rigor are balanced by soft, ergonomic zones for communication and relaxation. The space encourages interaction, the exchange of ideas, and business development.

The third floor is designed as a hub for communal and collaborative spaces, offering a comfortable environment for work and meetings. This level accommodates a lounge, co-working area, and automated parcel lockers with a changing room.

A consistent palette of finishing materials is employed throughout the business lounge and co-working zone, reinforcing the stylistic unity of the design. Porcelain stoneware with a pronounced texture, warm-toned wood, carpet flooring, subtly hued furnishings, and soft lighting contribute to an atmosphere that is both inviting and conducive to informal work.

The concept for the third building extends the overall interior design intent of the project – reinterpreting rigid architectural forms with contemporary materials to create a minimalist, timeless space.
