For this A-class business center, we drew inspiration from the Brutalist architecture of London.
The design scope includes the lobby, business lounge, retail gallery, typical floor corridors, and the parking area.
Concrete-effect walls, expressive architectural forms, and a sense of monumental, timeless brutality define the character of the interiors.
We applied light as a wayfinding tool: main areas are lit with cool lighting, while lift lobbies are marked by soft, warm illumination — subtly inviting and guiding users.
The lobby of the third building takes on a museum-like, theatrical character, shaped by monumental wall forms and elongated, minimalist furniture.
In the design of the second-floor retail gallery, we used color and form as wayfinding tools to simplify navigation through the spatial labyrinth.
The main circulation zone surrounding the staircase mirrors the design of the first floor — monumental and geometric — while the central core becomes lighter in color and more delicate in form, creating visual relief and aiding orientation.
