The first floor is designed as a monochrome and technological space. A central media screen creates soft ambient light and serves as the main focal point, while the double-height lobby connects visually with the business lounge above.

Matte stainless steel, clinker brick, and metal-finish surfaces define the material palette, adding texture and depth. The reception area and staircase continue the central composition, while integrated lighting and metal ceilings create a clear, cohesive atmosphere. Elevator halls and lounge areas follow the same restrained language, softened by warm seating and localized lighting.

The interiors continue the ground floor material palette: clinker-style tiles, porcelain stoneware, plaster, and smoky grey wood.

The space combines lounge and conference functions. Private pods open directly from the lounge. A central seating area, café zone, and tree create soft zoning, with a separate work area overlooking the park.

The conference hall includes a coffee point with built-in equipment, separated by an acoustic partition, and service rooms at the back. The main hall features flexible seating for lectures and meetings, oriented to a screen or whiteboard, with storage hidden behind a rear partition.
